Our Warranty Promise
At SitNCharge L.L.C., we stand behind every product we sell. If any of our chargers fail to provide a charge due to a manufacturer defect or failure, we will replace them for up to five years. That is our guarantee.
Our systems are built with very high-grade components. The cables we provide have higher-gauge power wires for today's new increased charging speeds. Our charging boxes have fused overload protection, giving you confidence that your investment is protected.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
- Charging pucks, cables, and power boxes that fail to charge under normal use
- LED indicator failures
- Fused overload protection components
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Physical damage (drops, spills, cuts to cables)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by use outside of intended commercial environments
