Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
SitNCharge accepts returns on defective products only. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or products that have been damaged through misuse or improper installation. If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, please follow the process below.
Step 1 — Contact Us First
Before shipping anything back, email us at [email protected] or call +1 (250) 532-8266 to describe the defect. Include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for photos or a short video to help diagnose the problem before a return is necessary.
Step 2 — Return Authorization
Once we confirm the defect, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must have an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
Step 3 — Ship the Defective Product to Us
You are responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number. We recommend insuring the shipment for the value of the product. SitNCharge is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Step 4 — Replacement & Outbound Shipping
Once we receive and inspect the defective product, we will ship a replacement to you at no charge, including free outbound shipping back to you.
Inspection typically takes 2–3 business days after we receive the item. Replacement shipping times vary by location.
Need an Immediate Replacement?
If you can't wait for the standard return process — for example, if you have an event or active installation — you can purchase a replacement unit at full price right away. Once we receive and confirm the defective product, we will issue a full refund for the replacement purchase, including any shipping you paid.
What Is Not Covered
- Products returned without a valid RMA number
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Products modified or repaired by anyone other than SitNCharge
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery for non-warranty issues
5-Year Warranty
All SitNCharge products are backed by our 5-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Defective products within the warranty period are covered under this policy at no cost to you.
